SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

The Island of Ireland:
€10 ex VAT
3 – 4 days
UK :
€17 ex VAT
4 – 6 days
The shipping fee will be added to your final total upon entering you address on the last page of the purchase process, before entering your credit/debit card details. A signature is required as proof of delivery. Online orders will not be released under any circumstances unless a signature is obtained.
Please note that businesses in countries outside the EU are exempt of VAT. Customs & Excise Duties may apply to some countries.
DELIVERY
Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of Stageandlightingshop.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery.
